No long-term contract. Doorstep is a simple monthly plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you need to, and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
How do I move my clients over from MoeGo?
You can export your clients from MoeGo as a CSV and import them into Doorstep. We will help you get set up during onboarding.
Are there payment processing fees?
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which charges its standard per-transaction rate. Your Doorstep subscription price is separate and flat.
Is there a limit on text and email reminders?
No. Automated text and email reminders are unlimited on every plan, with no per-message metering.
Do I need a website to use Doorstep?
No. You can embed the booking widget on your own site if you have one, or use a hosted booking page and share the link from social media or a QR code.
